* The price is $16.00 US
plus postage. Shipping to locations outside the USA will be charged
according to the actual costs to that location. Expedited shipping such
as Express Mail or other services will be charged actual cost. Payment terms are major credit card (Visa,
MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express only) or money order. Mail orders (USA only) must add
$9.00 postage to the price of the book.
