The photo is dated 1940 and looks south on Sutton Avenue in Mount Washington. The intersection of Plymouth Avenue appears to the left. The street is paved asphalt and continued to look similar to this for many years. I believe the road was widened and paved with concrete around 1960 or so. The pickup truck seen on the left side of the road ahead would be the location of the Mount Washington firehouse at 2060 Sutton.
